1. Introduction
Welcome to Game-Zone Labs. By purchasing, downloading, or using our software products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Account-Bound Software License
While the source code for our projects can be viewed on GitHub, purchasing via this website grants you a Software License. This license is automatically tied to your Game-Zone Labs account upon purchase. It entitles you to download the latest software installers directly from your account dashboard at any time.

3. Usage Rights
This license is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. You may use the software for personal purposes. Selling or sharing your account credentials for redistribution is prohibited.

4. Payment Processor
Our payment processing is conducted by Stripe. Stripe handles all secure payment transactions. We do not store your payment data.

1. Local-First Architecture
We respect the sensitivity of your data. Our desktop applications are engineered to function locally on your machine. We do not upload, store, or analyze your personal files on our servers.

2. Data Collection
We do not track your usage habits within the application. The software only connects to the internet to download necessary data files needed for the application to function.

3. Transaction Information
When you make a purchase, your payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card information. We only use your account identification to link the purchased license to your account.

1. Refund Eligibility
Due to the donation-purposed nature of this purchase to support the project, all sales are considered final. We generally do not grant refunds. Exceptions are only made if you have specific, valid reasons, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. How to Request
To explain your specific situation and submit a request for review, please contact support@gamezonelabs.com. Please include your order ID and the reason for your request.

3. License Revocation
If a refund is granted and processed, the license associated with your account will be revoked, and you will immediately lose access to download from your account dashboard.
